One of the biggest business boom from last year was Maxi Mango, known for its Mango Float which is made of soft serve mango ice cream, graham bits, and mango slices. The business grew as reviews and word of mouth brought customers to their kiosks which made them a huge hit.The business was created by former OFW couple Miki and Ivan Velasquez who went through a lot of challenges before hitting it big with the venture. They have tried several food businesses before and sometimes they even have to have a day job to keep them running. Despite the disappointments, they gambled on the business of doing a mango-infused desserts which paved the way to the successful Maxi Mango brand.
