Designed by fitness experts from the DepEd, the MILO Champ Moves program seeks to foster among Filipino school children aged 7-12 years old the importance of physical activities and good nutrition as part of an active and healthy lifestyle. From July until year-end, the program will teach students a three-minute exercise emulating sports movements, which they will do every morning in school, after the Flag Ceremony, to energize their body and alert their minds for the school day ahead.

Among the enhancements made for the 2014 MILO Little Olympics are the electronic registration, insurance coverage for all athletes and the use of top of the line sports equipment. “This year, we have partnered with the leading sports equipment brands to provide the best equipment, similar to those that the Philippine national teams use,” said Robbie De Vera, MILO Sports Executive. “We aim to elevate the MILO experience for our student-athletes and ensure that they have the best tournament experience possible.”
