14th AASM Annual Conference And The Future of Sports in the PH

Sports is something Filipinos are passionate about but seems to have a lot of challenges to achieve in succeeding in international events like the Olympics. Yes, we do have world champions from time to time, but we never had a Olympic gold medal ever. What is lacking with Pinoy sports aside from infrastructure is management which involves not only athlete affairs but also the underlying economics and potential that has not yet tapped locally.

For the first time, the Philippines will be hosting the AASM's 14th annual conference at the De La Salle University Taft campus in Manila from August 2 to 4, 2018. Organized by the Asian Association of Sport Management (AASM), in cooperation with Sport Management Council of the Philippines (SportPhil) and the De La Salle University-Ramon V. del Rosario College of Business (DLSU-RVRCOB).
