Philippine International Pyromusical Competition 2026 delivers a bigger, maxed out experience at SM Mall Of Asia

The Philippine International Pyromusical Competition 2026 is back and it is bigger than last year. Set at the Seaside Boulevard of SM Mall of Asia, the country’s biggest fireworks competition levels up into a fully maxed out experience built for how Gen Z shows up, hangs out, and shares moments.

This year’s edition is a maxed-out experience, bringing an all-out global showdown of world-class pyrotechnics, music, and color. Each competing country lights up the night sky with high-impact visuals, perfectly synced to sound, designed to stop scrolls. Bigger bursts. Cleaner timing. Stronger crowd reactions. Every show competes for the title of Best Pyromusical Display, and every night delivers main-character energy.

The 2026 experience goes beyond fireworks. It is about the full vibe. Friends meet early, eat out, walk the strip, shoot content, and stay late. The fireworks are the peak moment but the night is the story. It is social, loud, and built for repeat weekends. This is not a one and done event. It is a weekly reset.

12th Philippine International Pyromusical Competition Closes With A Bang

After weeks of competition, the finale week of the 12th Philippine International Pyromusical Competition is the most attended and anticipated weekend at the SM Mall of Asia which was filled in all corners just to see the fireworks show. This Saturday was the final night for the last competitor Canda and will be followed by an exhibition performance by the Philippines' Platinum Fireworks.

Canada’s Royal Pyrotechnie might be the last to present but they proved that they could show an impressive superhero themed performance that brought the songs of the DC and Marvel universe. This theme got the interest of the public by having songs that brought nostalgia and commonality, eventually leading to a heroic climax.

Pyromusical Moves To SM Clark Lighting The Pampanga Skies

It has been a tradition for years that Filipino families and friends enjoyed the best firework show in the world at the SM Mall of Asia. Now on it's 10th year, The Philippine International Pyromusical Competition (PIPC) made a suprizing turn as it moves to a different location up north to SM Clark. This is due to their compliance and support to the Manila Bay Rehabilitation program which would take some time as forseen by the DENR.

But despite the changes they still wanted to make it as epic and memorable as it has always been. A different terrain might be the biggest change the contestants will face but it is also a great opportunity to showcase the beautiful light show to the people in Central and North Luzon.
