My NovuHair Salon Experience with Fanny Serrano

I confess that I am not really serious when it comes to hair care. Like the usual guy, I just shampoo my hair, style it it wax, and have a haircut once a month. The cycle is simple, but hair experts see that this not complete. I guess having the habit was not able to open my mind that there is something better.

I was asked to participate in the Novuhair Salon Experience last week which was held at Fanny Serrano Salon in Quezon City. It would be the first time I will have a hair treatment at with the prestigious brand. With Novuhair and Fanny Serrano being partners for a long time, I believe that they worked and changed lives with their treatment.

It was also quite an experience because I just came from a heavy downpour in Quezon city which almost soaked me all over. But I am happy that they were able to lend me and dry me up before the treatment.

Cliche it may be, but there’s indeed a woman behind the person we are today. And that’s no less than her—our mother. We used to call her nanay, inay, ‘nay, mama, mommy or simply mom. Needless to say, she deserves more than that given the pivotal role she fulfills in rearing us from childhood to adulthood and possibly for the rest of our lives. 

There may be opposing beliefs whether that greater maternal instinct is biologically predetermined or socially imposed, but everyone would agree that a mother is hardwired to love and care about the whole family, especially the children, all the time. For better or worse, it’s always the welfare of everyone at home on top of her priority.
