The School year has started yet many of Filipino children are deprived of the right to education because of poverty. This are the main reasons why there are still a lot of poor people in the country. As the government is also limited in providing free education its good to know that there are foundations that aid the cause to send more children to school to be better citizens.

By the 1960s this work had expanded to meet the needs of refugees in Indochina and the survivors of disasters in Bangladesh and Africa. Eventually, Child Sponsorship was started to provide long-term funding assistance to help poor children worldwide.Over the decades World Vision’s approach has shifted from welfare provision to collaboration, partnering with communities and individuals to seek solutions to tackle poverty.

After months of waiting and countless songs sung on stage, its official we do have our first Karaoke World Champions LYDA SHYLA and JOEL CRUZ! Held at SM Marikina, I was able to listen to their prowess in singing which I can say are truly world class! However, I was not able to be at the event for the whole day but I was able to hear Joel and Lyda sing on the first round, which were my favorites. I hope they will win at Ireland this September!
