Erich uses love and beauty to fight back in "La Vida Lena" on iWant TFC

Erich plays a humble barrio lass who learns to fight back.

Erich Gonzales is making a big comeback on the small screen, vowing to fight her way out of a miserable series of tragedies in ABS-CBN’s “La Vida Lena,” which will be seen first on iWant TFC this November 14 (Saturday).

In the series, Erich plays Lena, or once known as Magda, who grows up to be a hardworking and kind-hearted girl despite being constantly bullied for an ugly scar that covers half of her face.

The Significant Other - Flirting At Its Best

It is no surprise that the thrid party market is back in screens and it takes on the challenge to be better than the previous films with the same theme. This time, the combination of Erich Gonzales, Lovi Poe, and Tom Rodriguez are tested for their chemistry with The Significant Other.

With some controversy with its filming, it actually made buzz for the movie. Lovi here is more daring and alluring, Erich was surprisingly sensual and Tom goes beyond his charm and leveled up his drama skills. The love dilemma in this film makes it relatable and entertaining. Drama was spot on, witty lines were impressively savage, and there was sexiness all throughout.

They tend to veer away from the cliches and banked on what is the usual marriage problem which leads to infidelity. Although there are still elements that people still find similar to similar-themed films, they made sure that the entertainment value is kept at its peak whether it may be comedy, drama, an love scenes.

Intriguing, interesting, exciting. This is the buzz that the movie, CORAZON ANG UNANG ASWANG has started since the announcement of its March 14, 2012 showing. And the adaptation has indeed escalated to the highest level as the biggest movie of the month is slated to open in a couple of days! Why all this? 


Well, the trailer alone of CORAZON has elicited very positive reactions, comments and feedback via word of mouth and in social networking sites after it was launched some weeks ago. Most people found the plot very intriguing since it has been a while that a drama love story is set against a "black" backdrop. But Skylight films and Reality Entertainment stresses the beautiful dramatic love story is the movie's main theme. Others find it interesting to note how the movie will depicit the folkloric "aswang" and tell its origin! The movie's director, Richard Somes reiterates however that this is his personal myth on the Philippine folklore. Now that's quite  more interesting alright!

This March Star Cinema  and Skylight Productions goes beyond with a love story that transcends into the dark and mystical realm. Corazon Ang Unang Asawang starring Erich Gonzales and Derek Ramsay  will definitely make the viewers feel  passionate couple love that will turn into a a violent and destructive monster, the first Aswang.

This will be Erich's first starring role as an aswang but the director was amazed on how she played a challenging role of a soon to be mother and into a frightening monster. Direk Richard Somes also mentioned that the movie does not rely on CGI and prostetics giving it that scary feel but with great make up and with the set that gives that strong scary feel.

Also in the movie are great veteran actors and actresses like Mark Gil, Techie Agbayani, Epy Quizon, Maria Isabel Lopez, Sharlene San Pedro, Mon Confiado, Mosang, Dan Alvaro, Hermie Concepcion, Sue Prado and Laiza Comia.
