Nina Stages 'Love Matters' Valentine Concert

Asia's Soul Siren Nina is bringing love back in 2025 with a pre-Valentine concert called "Love Matters" happening on February 7, 2025 at the New Frontier Theater. Nina, known for her soulful hits such as "Love Moves In Mysterious Ways," "Jelous," and "Foolish Heart," continues to be fan favorites by Filipinos and cemented in Pinoy Pop culture in the 2000's.

Directed by John Prats, the concert will bring the audience into memory lane as well as the romantic vibe of her songs which has shaped a generation loving OPM artists with RnB and soulful vibes. She has achieved the 10x Platinum award which is record no OPM artist has ever came close to this day. 

She was also praised with her cover of Flower by Yoon Mirae which is the OST of the Korean Drama 'Crash Landing on You' in her Facebook Live concert and revealed that she can read the song in Hangul. This opens a new potential for her to perform Korean OST to be part of her repertoire.

Bringing the Wolf Man to life is a monumental feat, and wanting to honor the original 1941 classic of the same name, director Leigh Whannell channels inspiration from horror history. . “If you think about that look that was created for Boris Karloff’s Frankenstein in 1931 or Lon Chaney’s Wolf Man in 1941, those were things that audiences had never seen,” Whannell says. “Those images have lasted because they’re so striking. TBA Studios officially begins production on historical film ‘Quezon’

TBA Studios has announced that its highly-anticipated biographical historical movie “Quezon” is set for production this year with a target theatrical release later this year.

“Quezon” marks the continuation of TBA Studios’ cinematic “Bayaniverse”—a series of films based on Philippine history that includes box office hits “Heneral Luna” and “Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral.” It is also the company’s first major film production since 2020, after bringing award-winning international films such as the Academy Award-winning “Everything, Everywhere All At Once” and “Past Lives”, and the Dolly de Leon-starrer “Triangle of Sadness” to Philippine theaters as a distributor.
