Hari is Here! Let's Gwiyomi in Ayala Malls!

We still can't get enough of the KPOP trend as Gwiyomi still becomes our LSS song for this year along with other KPOP songs which dominated our charts and our hearts. And this Spetember Hari, the artist who contributed this viral song has come here in the Philippines for a one of a kind tour!

This September, Ayala Malls keeps everything new and exciting as it launches new stores in Glorietta 5! 

Starting off the energetic and vibrant vibe is a performance from South Korean singer, Hari, who is known for the “Gwiyomi Song”. Gwiyomi or Kwiyomi, a Korean slang used in reference to a cute person, quickly went viral since its released on February this year. This song is about a Korean girl’s proclamation of love for her boyfriend and how she endearingly wants him to promise that they will always stay together. 

Inspired by series of cute hand movements involving the counting of numbers, the song’s sweet and catchy tune was indeed a viral phenomenon as it received an overwhelming response from netizens and K-pop fans. In Youtube, Hari’s video has already reached millions of views with more and more people uploading their own version. The dance craze has caught on countries like Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan and even in the Philippines. Some local celebrities who did their own take of the Gwiyomi song are celebrity cosplayer Alodia Gosengfiao, Jasmine Curtis, Enrique Gil, Kathryn Bernardo  and teen actress Ella Cruz. 

Catch Hari live in your favorite Ayala Malls as she performs at the Glorietta Activity Center, Palm Drive on September 6, 6:30 PM; Marquee Mall Activity Center on September 7, 6:30 PM and Ayala Center Cebu Terraces on September 8, 7 PM. Hari will also have a meet and greet session at Trinoma Cinema Lobby on September 7, 1 PM.

Also be prepared as Glorietta 5 unveils its newest additions to its already exciting list of stores.  Store openings include top brands like Uniqlo, Penguin Footwear and Accessories, Pylones, Perry Ellis, and Le Bunny Bleu among others. There is also something for the food lovers as Family Mart, Buffalo Wings & Things, Starbucks, Yellow Cab, North Park, and Gerry’s Grill. Some salons for relaxation like Folded & Hung Famous Salon, Bench Fix and iLash Extension will be launched together with some of your go-to store for home accessories like Ideas for Living, Dwell Furniture and Yards & Meters.
