A Tour of Telepefromance MAAX In Time For The Lunar New Year

With years of experience, I can say that call center agents are indeed another thing we can be proud of along with the hardworking OFWs who provide for their families as well as the economy. That is why I love to tour BPO offices as it also reminds me of how I started and I am also looking forward to my futures.

We were able to tour Teleperformace in MAAX (Mall of Asia Annex) which is the new location from the Mall of Asia wing which is now cyberzone. This slight change of location gave its employees a new floor to work with but never forget to have fun and be fit.


Teleperformance began operations in the Philippines in 1996 and has grown to become a preferred offshore contact center outsourcing option. The company employs over 42,000 people in the country and operates more than 26,500 workstations in 16 business sites located across Metro Manila, Antipolo, Baguio, Bacolod, Cebu, and Davao. The office in the Mall of Asia Complex is considered one of the biggest. 

This 2016, Teleperformance marks its 20th year of continued excellence and leadership in the Philippines. This milestone highlights the company’s commitment to steadily provide the best employment experience for Filipinos, proactively support the nation’s ICT-BPO sector, and uphold its socio-civic engagements to create a difference in the lives of the Philippine community.

The facility is one wide floor carefully sectioned for the production floor, training, pantry, and other functions which keeps employees productive and happy. They have a large pantry with free tea and coffee, gaming rooms and even a fitness room with their resident coach! The training rooms have ample computer sets and ergonomic seats that ensures learning quality.

I can say they have an impressive facility that keeps their staff happy, and that makes them stay there as they are also rewarded for their achievements at work. The tour was indeed fun as we had small games, and a Chinese New Year feast with the key people of Teleperformance.
