"Exes Baggage" touches on being caught in the middle of moving forward and looking back

Debut film of ABS-CBN Film’s new movie production brand, Black Sheep, enters the international movie scene via TFC at the Movies

ABS-CBN Films’ newest film production brand, Black Sheep, brings to viewers the reunion project of Angelica Panganiban and Carlo Aquino through the film “Exes Baggage”, screening worldwide via TFC at the Movies.

ABS-CBN Films Managing Director Olivia Lamasan explains that Black Sheep is the film production brand that will cater to the new generation of audiences, in an article published last June 2018 by ABS-CBN News. This is part of ABS-CBN Films’ continuous effort to produce a variety of films that will satisfy the viewers’ changing taste in movies.

Black Sheep marks its debut with “Exes Baggage”, which took Philippine cinema by storm when it earned more than Php 140-million, four days since its local premiere.

The film tells the story of Pia (Panganiban) and Nix (Aquino), who instantly hit it off after a chance encounter. Their constant communication develops into deep attraction, taking a chance on each other despite their pains and hang-ups from their previous relationships.

But when their rapport blossoms into a relationship, their differences will test their love and will make them question: Who is the one who really needs fixing? And is love enough to fix a person?

Get all the feels with the story and reunion of CarGel in the film “Exes Baggage,” directed by award-winning director Dan Villegas, and written by Dwein Baltazar.

"Exes Baggage" is screening in the Middle East. U.S., Canada, Papua New Guinea, Brunei, Sapian. It screens in other territories worldwide starting on the following dates: October 11 in Australia, New Zealand and Brunei; extended screening in Thailand on October 13 and 14; October 13 in Jylland, Denmark; Espoo, Finland and Stockholm, Sweden; and on October 14 in Bergen, Norway and Kristiansand, Norway.
