SM Supermalls Start 100 Days of Caring and Giving

September kicks off the start of the countdown until Christmas day on December, and being Filipinos, the season already starts with sounds and sights seen in decorations on the first day of the month. SM Supermalls also has a yearly tradition of bringing a yuletide ambiance and advocacy to also reach out to communities all over the country where SM Malls are also located.

As we are still in a challenging period of limited movement and essential shopping, it does not hinder the opportunity to bring the spirit of Christmas with the 100 Days of Caring and Giving. This event not only celebrates the upcoming holiday but also brings together all the SM Supermalls from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Led by SM Supermall president Steven Tan, the event also shares the iconic statue called the "Time Scupture" made  by  JEFRĂ‹ located in SM Megamall which shows the importance of time. Weeks ago it was formally launched along with the Mega Tower which marks another important landmark for SM and the city of Mandaluyong.

Though the celebration for Christmas would not be as all out due to the pandemic, they aligned their resources to use them to help certain communities as the way to give back and bring more smiles in many ways.

Beneficiaries come in different forms like frontliners, the youth, local businesses, charities and more. With each SM Supermall having their own programs to giveback. As days are now moving toward Christmas day, expect more surprises from SM Supermalls will have soon to keep the festive spirit and also keep in touch with communities and customers.
