Papa Obet Presents Third Christmas Single “Paano ang Pasko”

It seems that Papa Obet of Barangay LS 97.1 is on his way to bring a new wave of Christmas songs as he releases a new holiday single “Paano ang Pasko,” under GMA Music. Launched last November 10, this is his third Christmas song he released yet takes on an emotional theme with sadness of being away from loved ones.

Papa Obet previous Christmas songs includes "Una Kong Pasko" in 2017 and then followed by "Regalo" in 2022. This new theme for Christmas may not be the usual joyful songs but seeks to relate with the people who experience longing as some could not celebrate the holidays with friends and family.

Anton Paras Releases New Single 'Binabalewala'

From his cover songs and his original single, singer-songwriter Anton Paras recently released his 2nd original song, ‘Binabalewala,’ under AltG Records, a sub-label of GMA Music. He was launched with the label with "All I Need" which welcomed him as a Kapuso recording artist.

Anton Paras comes from a family of musicians. This led him on the path to be singer/songwriter & multi-instrumentalist. Binabalewala was written back in 2021 talking about people who wanted to show their feelings but is not reciprocated. It is meant to be a song for the hopeless romantics.

Papa Obet Of Barangay LS Releases His Own EP!

Who would have known that your favorite radio DJ would release his own EP album? That is what Barangay LS 97.1 DJ Papa Obet is now venturing into. Known to be part of the leading radio stations in teh country, people have known Papa Obet as one of the charismatic DJs who plays songs and interacts with listeners.

Now he is expanding his horizons with sharing his talent in singing and GMA Music sees that and gave him an opportunity to record his own songs. He has now released  “Papa Obet Sessions” EP under GMA Music “Papa Obet Sessions” EP under GMA Music.

Ruru Madrid "Nawawala"?!

Actually he is not lost, rather he just released his first solo single entitled "Nawawala" under GMA Music. Composed by  Kettle Mata, Roger Alcantara and Enzo Villegas, the song is perfect for those who loves "hugot" music which has been very popular for the new generation.

Fresh from his series "Toda One I Love," Ruru now focuses on honing his talent in singing which was somehow eclipsed by the projects he had in recent years. We also saw the transformation of Ruru from a teen star into a sophisticated man who takes care of his body, learning new things, and doing things beyond his comfort zone.

He shares that when he looks at his pictures from years ago he would cringe on how he looked and his fashion style back then. By reading self-help books and learning improvement tips from a lot of experts, he eventually changed himself which also helped in improving in his craft and also his looks.

After months since The Clash was finished, three alumni of the show are now ready to prove their prowess to the world with their music. Jong Madaliday, Garrett Bolden, and Anthony Rosaldo belong to the Top 6 and has been part of many events and also part of Studio 7. But they like to show more of their musicality beyond the reality show/
