Scratastic Chillogy Continues In “ICE AGE: COLLISION COURSE” On JUly 6 In Cinemas
In the latest epic family movie adventure “Ice Age: Collision Course” from the highly successful “Ice Age” franchise, audiences worldwide will be propelled to new environments like the cosmos and a crystallized world known as Geotopia, with many of the characters beginning their own new journeys.
Scrat is, of course, one character that never changes. In “Ice Age: Collision Course” he continues his pursuit of the cursed acorn. But this time Scrat’s quest is taking him where no Ice Age character has gone before—the cosmos—where the consequences of his antics are nothing short of “Scrat-tastrophic.” Scrat’s epic pursuit of the elusive acorn catapults him into the universe, where he accidentally sets off a series of cosmic events that transform and threaten the Ice Age world. To save themselves, Sid, Manny, Diego and the rest of the herd must leave their home and embark on a quest full of comedy and adventure, as they travel to exotic new lands and encounter a host of colorful new characters.
Queen Latifah Brings Lovable Charm to "Miracles from Heaven"
One of the most amazing – yet seemingly unlikely – things that happen to author Christy Beam – whose memoirs is the basis of Columbia Pictures’ inspiring drama “Miracles from Heaven” -- is that she meets a total, random stranger who couldn’t be more different but will become her spirited guide and exuberant companion along the way.
Based on a real friend Christy made in Boston, Angela is played by Queen Latifah, the Oscar®-nominated actress, singer, songwriter and talk show host in one of her most endearing film roles to date.
"Miracles from Heaven" Sends New Poster
Columbia Pictures has just shared a new poster art for its faith-affirming, inspirational drama “Miracles from Heaven” starring Jennifer Garner, Martin Henderson and Queen Latifah.
“Miracles from Heaven” is based on the incredible true story of the Beam family. When Christy (Garner) discovers her 10-year-old daughter Anna (Kylie Rogers) has a rare, incurable disease, she becomes a ferocious advocate for her daughter’s healing as she searches for a solution.
After Anna has a freak accident and falls three stories, a miracle unfolds in the wake of her dramatic rescue that leaves medical specialists mystified, her family restored and their community inspired.
The film is directed by Patricia Riggen, from a screenplay by Randy Brown based on the book by Christy Beam.
Opening across the Philippines in March 2016, “Miracles from Heaven” is distributed by Columbia Pictures, local office of Sony Pictures Releasing International.
