MUSIC LYF: Zia Quizon With "A Little Bit of Lovin'"

NEW. That is something that would best describe Zia Quizon right now. With a new look, a more mature aura, a segment for a concert TV show, and the love and support of family, friends and fans, she starts on another new phase of her life with the launch of her new studio album under PolyEast Records.

With her distinct voice and charm she has captured so many with her music which is one of a kind. And though the album was not released earlier due to events with her family, this actually made her a stronger person and a sought-after artist.

MUSIC LYF: Zia Quizon - Bloggers' Night and CD Giveaway!

I had another brief  encounter with the rising  music sensation Zia Quizon at in Metrowalk. I have loved her songs since I got a copy of her CD. Her hit debut single "Ako na lang" have been playing in radio stations and also in Music Channels in the Philippines. I also loved the songs in her self titled album like "Dear Lonely" which had its music video also  out and also making waves in the hit charts today. Coming from a family of celebrities, the daughter of the Divine Diva Zsazsa Padilla and the King of Comedy Doplhy, and the sister of multi-talented  Karylle Tatlonghari. I was able to first hear about her songs in her launch in Teatrino. And since I already had her CD, let me treat fans of Zia Quizon with a CD giveaway after the jump!
She has her own style and tone in singing which makes her stand out. With a cool jazzy feel of her voice makes one fall in love with the song and the melody. Other songs in the album includes "Smile", "So Much In Love", "Mambobola" and "Simple Girl".  And actually she is still in school while promoting the album and also performing weekly on ASAP 2012.

REEL DEAL movies and Television: Budoy

Its very rare to see a teleserye that promotes a great cause rather than focusing more on loveteams or same old storyline that the people now won't buy anymore. However, this time ABS CBN now presents BUDOY, a story of a mentally-challenged boy seeking acceptance and love from the people around him. Because of his condition, he is faced of many hardships and ridicule from the public. Portrayed by former PBB Teen, Gerald Anderson (who have already played a guy with Torette syndrome for Maalaala mo kaya). This so far is his most challenging role so far and in the press preview, we were again teary eyed like the last press preview of 100 days to heaven. This series will start this Monday starting October 10.
