For the Love of Dogs and Frencheska Farr

Intimidating. That’s one of the first impressions that you can get from Frencheska Farr. The Kapuso artist is statuesque and gives out high-energy performances that have become her trademark. It’s a relief to know that the reluctance to approach the actress dissovles within a few  minutes of talking to her as you’ll find that she has a bright and happy aura around her. Frencheska was at GMA Network Studios when she tipped us in on her new show, “Binoy Henyo”. “Sinisimulan na namin yung taping. Makakasama ko dito sila Sheena Halili, Luis Alandy, Gwen Zamora, Rich Asuncio at Nova Villa,” she spilled.

Her excitement is doubled because her team in “Sunday All Stars” has emerged as the back-to-back victors in the musical-variety show. Frencheska was quick to point out that Tropang Trending’s Team Leader, Mark Bautista, was to be given most of the credit for the team’s onstage success. “Si Mark talaga ang nag-ayos ng lahat. Ilalatag niya samin yung concept niya tapos he’ll listen to our suggestions. Pero siya talaga ang may final say kung ano ang gagawin namin sa production number.” When asked if she is ready to take over the role of the team leader, the star was humble in her reply. “Hindi ko pa nakikita ang sarili ko as leader kasi si Mark, sobrang galing niya. Hindi rin naman importante sakin ngayon na maging leader agad basta sinisiguro ko na may input ako sa bawat production,” Frencheska said. Her team is now under the helm of Mark Herras and is well under way with their preparations for next Sunday’s show.

The James Hardie Difference

THE TIMOG RESIDENCES chose HardieFlex advanced
building composite as material for wet area ceilings,

HardieFlex advanced building composite is very
versatile and adaptable to any type of

Having their own home is a dream that all Filipino families hold dear—and they all work hard to make that dream a reality. This is why using the best quality construction materials is important. Substandard walls and ceilings will only cause a family’s dreams to crumble after all the hard work they put into building a home.

“In Filipino culture, family always comes first -- so no Filipino homeowner would ever compromise his or her family’s safety and comfort when it comes to building, repairing, or expanding their home. Uncompromising quality is what James Hardie has been bringing to Filipino families since 1997. We want to help them fulfill their dreams and make their homes last for even the next generation to enjoy,” said Liza Alde, of James Hardie.

Louise delos Reyes, Future Lawyer?

With the success of the soap opera “Mundo Mo’y Akin” where she plays the lead role of Marilyn, “Louise delos Reyes” has turned into a household name. The actress is beyond recognition in the TV series because she has to wear prosthetics to alter her features. During the live chat for her show, talk soon turned to her make-up routine that transformed her into Marilyn. “Bilib ako sa mga make-up artists kasi biruin mo, halos araw-araw nilang ginagawa yun tapos kailangan pareho yung itsura ko. Yung paglalagay ng prosthetics mabilis lang, ang mahirap at matagal yung paglalagay ng body make-up tapos kailangan pantay pati sa mga braso ko,” Louise explained.
