Yael Yuzon, Alex Medina Headline Levi’s Big Sale

Making a corporate sale event a fun affair, Levi’s brought in Spongecola vocalist Yael Yuzon and award-winning indie actor Alex Medina for a meet-and-greet during Levi’s two-day big sale at one of the biggest telecommunications offices in the country.

The two influencers shared their We Are Original stories with Levi’s and gave some fashion talk and advice to Globe employees.

“These two understand how to excel in their chosen fields. Today, they shared their stories with Levi’s and gave fashion advices to Globe employees so we all just had fun overall,” said Kaths Laudit, Levi’s Marketing head.

IPav, with support from Japan Foundation, Manila proudly presents “REVERIE” featuring Japanese Classical Guitarist Sachiko Miyashita in a concert tour on June 23 at the G/F Ayala Museum, Makati City.

Special guest is the Triple Fret, a Classical Contemporary guitar trio from the Philippines consisting of Jenny De Vera, Iqui Vinculado, and Marga Abejo.

Sachiko Miyashita is a Prize winner in the Andres Segovia International Guitar Competition and Tokyo Classical Guitar Competition. She is also a Recipient of Sapporo Outstanding Artist Award and Hokkaido Award for Culture.

Born in Sapporo, Japan. Miyashita began playing guitar at the age of seven.

Miyashita graduated from Hokkaido University. In 2003, she received a Diploma de Merito from Academia Musicale Chigiana in Siena, Italy. She studied guitar performance under the tutelage of great guitarists - S.Fukuda, O.Ghiglia, E.Fernandez, P.Steidl, D.Russell and F.Cuenca.
