The Plan is Priceless in "Ocean's 8" Main Poster

Warner Bros. Pictures has just revealed the main poster for its upcoming heist thriller “Oceans 8.”

Oscar-nominated filmmaker Gary Ross directs the film starring Oscar winner Sandra Bullock in the title role, alongside Oscar winners Cate Blanchett and Anne Hathaway, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Paulson, Awkwafina, with Rihanna and Oscar nominee Helena Bonham Carter.

Doony Pangilinan's 18 Year-Old Sister Hannah Signs With Universal Records

Hannah Pangilinan, daughter of TV personalities Anthony Pangilinan and Maricel Laxa-Pangilinan, and sister of teen heartthrob Donny, has signed a record deal with Universal Records. At 18 years-old, Hannah has a bright future in the music industry, already garnering a big online following through her vlogs, song and dance covers on YouTube. The contract signing was held at the Acacia Hotel Manila in Alabang. Present during the signing was Universal Records General Manager Kathleen Dy Go.

She now joins her brother Donny, Gary Valenciano, Christian Bautista, Noel Cabangon, The CompanY, Parokya ni Edgar, Gloc-9, Sponge Cola, Ice Seguerra, Claudia Barretto, Shanti Dope, Fern., Julie Anne San Jose, and Elmo Magalona in the elite roster of Universal Records’ prime artists.

Hannah is currently preparing to record her original songs and is set to release her debut single soon.

Now, Tyler Posey joins Lucy Hale (TV’s Pretty Little Liars) as college seniors Lucas and Olivia  in Truth or Dare, a supernatural thriller from Blumhouse Productions (Happy Death Day, Get Out, Split).

In the film, a group of college friends heads to Mexico for one last getaway before they begin their post-grad lives and head their separate ways.  As with any core crew, long-brewing romances and allegedly buried conflicts begin to emerge as they prepare to say goodbye.  When a handsome stranger cons Olivia into getting her friends to play a supposedly silly game of “Truth or Dare,” they awaken a trickster demon that is hell-bent on getting them to share their darkest secrets or confront their deepest fear…and if they don’t, they’ll pay the ultimate price.  

My 2 Mommies Brings In The "Momshie" in Mother's Day

Mothers have been a common sight in Pinoy movies, and they always have a featured film for mother's Day. This year, they made a interesting change with My 2 Mommies starring Paolo Ballesteros, Solen Heussaff, Joem Bascon and Maricel Soriano. The movie brings another gay role for Paolo in which one gave him an acting award.

This new film may be an alternative approach from the usual mother-children stories which we might have outgrown now. However, this new film is out to make a statement of LGBT parents, that motherhood is not exclusively for women but also parents who embraced motherhood in all its forms. Paolo here is Manu, openly gay and partnered, finds out he has a son from a friend who is now 7 years old.
