If you think Pinoy RnB, three men comes to mind, Jay-R, Kris Lawrence and Billy Crawford. They earned their titles when they started in the early 2000s and now they are now looked as inspirations and even mentors to new and upcoming artists. As a celebration to their brotherhood and music, they come up with their concert titled Soul Brothers. 

Happening on September 15 at the Kia Theater, the night will be filled with soulful songs, nostalgic beats, and classic hits that defined their musical careers. They will be joined by guest performers which are also their close friends in the industry like Daryl Ong, Sam Concepcion, Jay Durias and Gloc 9.

ABS-CBN Global Studios offers a fresh new take on travel entertainment and the rising genre of genealogy television documentaries with its first original series, Discovering Routes.

Discovering Routes is a reality travelogue that follows peoples’ journeys to the lands of their ancestry, in search of epic adventures. In its first season, Filipino American tech entrepreneur and social media travel adventurist Garrett Gee of The Bucket List Family takes a journey with his sister, Miristi Gee, to discover the Philippines, its culture, and their Filipino heritage. The show’s digital series premieres on September 7 on www.DiscoveringRoutes.com , with new videos on Mondays and Thursdays. The half-hour broadcast TV series premieres on September 12 at 8p/7c, airing Tuesdays on the multicultural entertainment network Myx TV.

Idris Elba is the Last Gunslinger in "The Dark Tower"

Idris Elba (Thor, Beasts of No Nation) plays the towering character Roland Deschain, AKA the Gunslinger in the big screen adaptation of the epic Stephen King novels, The Dark Tower (in Philippine cinemas August 30).

In the film, the last Gunslinger, Roland Deschain (Elba), has been locked in an eternal battle with Walter O’Dim, also known as the Man in Black (Matthew McConaughey), determined to prevent him from toppling the Dark Tower, which holds the universe together. With the fate of the worlds at stake, good and evil will collide in the ultimate battle as only Roland can defend the Tower from the Man in Black.
