Candidates of the partylist ALIF (Ang Laban ng Indiginong Filipino) wants to push more projects and benefits for the indigenous people in the country. With many partylist focused on many urban concerns and reforms, ALIF comes as a representation for the rural population which had long been neglected by the national government.

ALIF came from the alliance of Telepreneur Corporation, a multi-level company which has members all around the country which provides loading centers in urban and rural areas. Providing livelihood with less capital needed and providing a commodity which is mobile load for the public. Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Endgame breaks opening day records in Philippine box office

Much like how Thanos snapped his fingers to wipe out half of the population of the entire universe in an instant, the much-awaited release of Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Endgame obliterated Philippine box-office records on its opening day. 

Bringing a decade’s worth of action and storytelling to an epic conclusion, Avengers: Endgame smashed local opening day box office records as it opened with P205,676,345 (US$ 3,880,685) in 970 screens, with select cinemas starting at 6:01am and some holding 24-hour screenings. 

The fourth film in the Avengers franchise and the 22nd film in the grand Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), Avengers: Endgame broke the opening day record of 2018’s Avengers: Infinity War, making it the biggest opening of a Marvel film in Philippine cinemas to date.

The Curse of La Llorona - Latino Folklore Comes To Life

Hollywood has been bombarded with the same kind of ghouls and monsters that the west has to offer, but they have yet to explore to occult from the people of Latin America. Having a rich history of stories that are told locally, The Curse of La Llorona is a great addition to the Conjuring Universe opening the occult horrors from Mexican folklore and the practices that come along with it

This film was co-produced by James Wan who had built the Conjuring universe into the thrilling franchise it has become. Now adding this to the collection is fitting given that this now deals with the supernatural beings from a different region. As many people don't have the idea that Latin America holds a lot of folklore and practices that are more eerie and weird than what we always see.

Looking into the story of the "weeping woman" of La Llorona, it takes place in Los Angeles with a social worker named Anna and her kids who later on becomes the victim of the obsessive La Llorona who already had child victims that were drowned. The ghost then finds its way to Anna's home and her kids.
