I was not a fan of American series back in college, but when I saw Heroes back them, it triggered the fan boy in me. Since I am also into superheroes and comics, the series was the only series I got so much engaged on that I even looked into their comics, mini-series and wiki. However it also ended when they decided to end the series back in 2010.
But that excitement is back with the revival of the series with Heroes Reborn. This still follows the story of the original series with some old characters returning for this show. Created by Tim Kring, HEROES REBORN will have an epic 13-episode event series that chronicles the lives of ordinary people who discover they possess extraordinary abilities.
Fans can look forward to seeing some of the original Heroes cast members return to the series, such as Masi Oka as Hiro Nakamura, Greg Grunberg as Matt Parkman and Sendhil Ramamurthy as Mohinder Suresh.

Two such vigilantes include Luke (Zachary Levi, “Chuck”) and Joanne (Judith Shekoni, “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2”), who are seeking to avenge a tragic loss.

Meanwhile, Erica (RyaKihlstedt, “Masters of Sex”), the head of the highly successful tech conglomerate Renautas, has an agenda of her own.
For better or for worse, some are fated to cross paths with assorted heroes of the past, including Hiro Nakamura, Matt Parkman, Mohinder Suresh, and the Haitian (Jimmy Jean-Louis), among others. Yet, together, their ultimate destiny is nothing less than saving the world and mankind.
I saw the 2-hour premiere on Jack TV which airs the series almost mirroring the broadcast in the US, and I all the feelings I had with the original series was were back and excited now for the next episode that will bring the hero fever back to new and old fans. I love how old and new characters interacting with a whole new world knowing the existence of evolved humans. Of course, I won't spoil you about it, you can watch in on Jack TV.
