#GlobeAdvisory: Keeping The Network Healthy

We wish to dispel rumors circulating in chat groups claiming telecommunications services in the country will crash due to the tremendous amount of internet traffic attributed to more people working from home as a result of the extended Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine (ECQ).

These reports are untrue and should be treated as fake news.

We wish to assure our customers that while internet services are in high demand, Globe is taking all steps to ensure that the network is fully operational and healthy. Our ctitical skeletal force, among whom are engineers, technicians, and installers are working full time to do network monitoring, maintenance checks and repairs when necessary.

Although our network is healthy, we also encourage our customers to use the internet responsibly. Get news updates and other forms of content from legitimate and reputable sources only.

Please visit globe.com.ph or our official social media pages for latest updates on our initiatives related to COVID-19.
