REEL DEAL: Upgraded Segway Makes Paul Blart A 'High Rolller' In "MALL COP 2"

Every hero has his ride. The Lone Ranger had Trigger, the Ghostbusters had the ECTO-1, and legendary security guard Paul Blart (Kevin James) has his Segway personal transportation device, now improved and upgraded, in Columbia Pictures' action-packed family comedy “Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2.”

Blart, of course, is an expert on the machine, which required Kevin James to get reacquainted with his old friend. “It was a little bumpy at first,” he recalls. “It’s not like jumping on a bike again, where you just remember – you have to re-learn it. A couple of times, she got angry with me.”

Every year, Palarong Pambansa is celebrated with flair and fun. Now that the  annual sports meet has come finally to Davao Del Norte, they will never miss this opportunity to showcase the province. Davao del Norte may be known for Agriculture, but it is also fastly shifting into commercial and industrial hub.

For this year's Palaro, Davao Del Norte showed effort in making Palaro known in many platforms. One of them is through information to all. With a lot of posters showing the national event as well as welcoming delegates from all over the country. Though it may seems over saturated, this ensures that everyone in the city knows that Palaro will be happening here as well as where will the sporting events happen.

Yes, for the first time since we share news about Palarong Pambansa which happened annually in various places in Luzon, Visayas and now Mindanao, I am happy to share that Manual To Lyf can share live news as well as the stories that come from the delegates (athletes, coaches, officials, organizers) themselves live from the City of Tagum in Davao Del Norte.

As it is also my first time in Mindanao, the ambiance of doing a far away coverage will be new yet exciting for me. I will be making video interviews and live updates on events that we can attend to. DepEd: All systems go for Palaro 2015

The Department of Education (DepEd) has completed the preparations for the 58th Palarong Pambansa in Tagum City, Davao del Norte. The national sporting event’s original kick off date was moved to May 4, to support our boxing champion Manny Pacquiao in his fight against Floyd Mayweather Junior this coming Sunday.

DepEd Secretary Br. Armin A. Luistro FSC said that all necessary arrangements have been secured. “Every year, we aim to make the Palarong Pambansa a special event highlighting what the Filipino youth can showcase to the world in the field of sports,” Luistro said.

Manila – As the nation prepares for the ‘Fight of the Century’ between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather, Jr., life insurance giant Pru Life UK is saluting every Filipino fighter by bringing the world title fight live to many who have never before had such an opportunity, particularly those who are still recovering from typhoon Yolanda (international name: Haiyan). 

Pru Life UK is working with 10 communities in Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Batangas, Quezon, Albay, Aklan, and Northern Samar, as well as Bantayan Island in Cebu to bring live coverage of the match on May 3rd. On Bantayan Island, the match will be aired in three municipalities of Santa Fe, Madridejos, and Bantayan.

“BATMAN V SUPERMAN” Teaser Poster Revealed

Following last Monday's unveiling of the teaser trailer, Warner Bros. Pictures has now also launched the first two teaser one-sheets of “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.”

The posters individually feature close-ups of the Dark Knight and the Man of Steel with opposite logos superimposed on each other's face.

“Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” is the highly anticipated action adventure from director Zack Snyder starring Cavill in the role of Clark Kent/Superman, and Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman.

The film also stars Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, with Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane returning from “Man of Steel,” Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred, and Holly Hunter in a role newly created for the film.

REEL DEAL: Spider-Man Gets Animated And Dated With Phil Lord And Christopher Miller and Sony Pictures Entertainment

On July 20, 2018, Phil Lord & Christopher Miller, the directors of The Lego Movie, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, and 21 and 22 Jump Street, are taking Spider-Man back to his graphic roots with the first-of-its-kind animated Spider-Man feature, it was announced today at CinemaCon by Tom Rothman, chairman of the Sony Pictures Entertainment Motion Picture Group. The film will exist independently of the projects in the live-action Spider-Man universe, all of which are continuing.

Lord & Miller are masterminding the project, writing the treatment and producing the film.
