Driven by Compassion: The Saigon Shrine’s Breakfast Charity Ride Ends with Purpose and Power at CaSobe

Last May 25, 2025, the spirit of unity and compassion roared to life as hundreds of riders converged at CaSoBe, Batangas, for the grand culmination of the Breakfast Charity Ride Series, a fundraising initiative by the Saigon Shrine Club in partnership with Lifestyle Riding PH.

Set against the scenic backdrop of Landco Pacific's CaSoBe, the event was more than just chrome and throttle—it was a powerful display of how the motorcycle community can rally behind a meaningful cause. The highlight of the event was the much-anticipated raffle draw of a brand-new Lambretta V200, which had fueled excitement for weeks and drew overwhelming support from participants and donors alike.

The ride series, which began earlier in May and involved multiple clubs pooled by the Ducati Club South aimed at raising funds for burned and crippled children under the care of the National Children’s Hospital, through the benevolent mission of the Saigon Shrine Club, a recognized body under Mabuhay Shriners Philippines and Shriners International.

A Gathering of Brotherhood and Clubs

The event was graced by riders and leaders from numerous motorcycle clubs, many of whom have been active throughout the series. These included:

The "Most Represented Riding Club" special award was given to Adventure Team Philippines Inc (ATPI) in  recognition of the outstanding presence of a total 62 riders during the Breakfast Charity Ride Series, its club’s strong turnout is a testament to the unity, brotherhood, and compassion that drive our riding community forward.

A Treat for the Riders

Guests were welcomed with a hearty buffet breakfast in CaSoBe’s premiere seaside facilities, followed by photo ops and a meaningful program that featured heartfelt messages from the organizers, club presidents, and sponsors. Each participant also received giveaways such as Balaclavas, Caps, Shirts, Keychains and pens, reflecting the generosity of Sponsor brands namely Dri+, MotoMarket, Full Print Manila and Jersey Mate  The organizers expressed their Appreciation by presenting Overspec’d Customized Gold Philippine Motorcycle Plate as a token gift.

One of the most memorable parts of the event was the special appearance of Mr. Walter Scheffrahn, the official representative and owner of Lambretta Global all the way from Milan Italy, who shared the rich history of the iconic scooter brand and its philosophy of purpose-driven mobility. His inspiring message reminded everyone that the Lambretta V200 wasn't just a prize—it symbolized a legacy of style, soul, and social impact. The Organizers presented an Overspec’d Customized Gold plated Philippine Motorcycle Plate with a message engraved as a souvenir Token Gift.

At last, the highlight of the day arrived: the raffle draw for the Lambretta V200, a retro-modern masterpiece with an SRP of ₱219,000. Applause and cheers erupted, not just for the winner who is from LERAP Club, but for the collective success of a cause-driven campaign that brought together motorcycle lovers, charity workers, and brands.

The Breakfast Charity Ride Series marks a milestone for Lifestyle Riding PH, proudly organizing the first-ever charity ride of Saigon Shrine Club with a purpose-driven mission to support burned and crippled children at the National Children’s Hospital.
