RCBC forum: transition to sustainable business operations challenging, but attainable

Businesses that transition to sustainable operations can balance financial priorities with long-term strategies that are environmentally and socially sound.

This was the key takeaway during Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation’s (RCBC) 2nd forum on sustainability entitled “Advocating Sustainability as a Serious Business”, which was held recently at RCBC Plaza. The discussion was led by RCBC executives Gabby Tomas, RCBC Chief Risk Officer, and Beth Coronel, RCBC EVP and Head of Corporate Banking. Joining them in the panel were Glenda Anisco-Niño, Partner for FSO Assurance, Climate Change and Sustainability of SGV & Co., and Atty. Leonido Pulido, former Assistant Secretary of the Department of Energy.

Philippine Opera Company Presents 'Passion' The Tony Award Winner For Best Musical From Sept. 14-29

“ PASSION is about how the force of somebody's feelings for you can crack you open, and how it is the life force in a deadened world." - Stephen Sondheim

For its 20th year anniversary celebration, The Philippine Opera Company is inviting everyone to a romantic journey into and through the many shades and mysteries of love as it proudly presents a new production of PASSION - the 1994 Tony Award for Best Musical from September 14 - 29 at the Carlos P. Choose Your Own Path To Fitness!

We know that fitness is indeed a challenge for all of us, one can never remain young and strong forever. It does take conditioning, maintenance, and consistency to achieve the body that we want. There are a lot of ways for us to get fit, especially for me who works mainly sitting down and (usually) chomping down a lot of food to keep me focused on my works.

And they have been in the business for many years which helped a lot to find their own ways, either it may be to lose weight, gain strength and flexibility, build endurance, or even discovering inner peace.
