Mission: Impossible - Fallout -- Intense Action From Many Heights

It is already the 6th time Tom Cruise played the international spy Ethan Hunt and the question is always what is new for the latest franchise of the espionage flick. It turns out that there are still more to look forward to. Mission: Impossible - Fallout

Ethan Hunt is at it again after so many complications with his organization, the IMF. Also got into more international turmoil with Rouge Nation, now gets entangled with the CIA for a mission that also rocks his personal life. The dilemma now for this film is the rise of the so called "Apostles" who will avenge the capture of their leader Solomon Lane who was the main villain in the last movie.

This time is also the introduction of Henry Cavil as August Walker who works with the CIA and is ordered to be with Hunt all the time. And this role is the reason why Cavil kept his mustache which was edited out in Justice League. But even with the scruff look, he made a good impression with his skills in combat, and espionage.

Fifth "Mission: Impossible" Goes to Extremes, Ups the Stakes‏

Paramount Pictures’ new action-thriller “Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation,” the fifth installment of the series, redefines the term impossible.

It’s something the film franchise has been doing since its box-office busting start two decades ago: with each new film, the team led by dedicated star and producer Tom Cruise has uncovered ways to match, then exceed, audience expectations, each time in different ways. Having begun as a cult phenomenon on 1960s television, “Mission: Impossible” has become a 21st Century cultural phenomenon – a filmmaking event that consistently pushes that border where the classic drama of spy-versus-spy intrigue meets creative action sequences that have become legendary.

The castmembers of the fifth installment of Paramount Pictures' “Mission: Impossible” go rogue as the studio uncovers the film's character banners. Getting their own individual artworks are Tom Cruise, Jeremy Renner, Simon Pegg, Alec Baldwin, Ving Rhames and Rebecca Ferguson.

Co-written and directed by Christopher McQuarrie (“Jack Reacher”), “Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation” finds Tom Cruise and his Impossible Mission Force pals attempting to take down The Syndicate, a worldwide criminal organization described as the “anti-IMF”.

Cruise is reprising the iconic role of Ethan Hunt, who was first introduced to moviegoers in 1996. Returning to the franchise are Simon Pegg as Benji, Jeremy Renner as Brandt and Ving Rhames as Luther. Joining the cast are Alec Baldwin and Rebecca Ferguson (TV's “The White Queen”).
