MUSIC LYF: Sam Tsui and Kurt Hugo Schnieder Are Now Here In Manila! Asian Tour Concert on June 25 & 26.

The Youtube Dynamic duo Sam Tsui and Kurt Hugo Schneider is now here in Manila for their concert happening at June 25 and 26 at the SMX Convention Ceneter at the SM Mall of Asia Pasay City.

Known for their covers of popular songs from Adele, Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars and Katy Perry.  as well as favorite classics like the Michael Jackson Medley. They are also known to be part of "College Musical The Movie"  and made music for Coca Cola promotional video last January. Currently Sam Tsui has 2 studio albums and a number of extended plays, mash ups and singles which are also uploaded in his youtube channel.

At the presscon held June 23, the duo are first timers in the Philippines and are game to try out things here especially the food. Starting from doing musicals and joining music clubs, Sam shared that consistency and passion are needed in pursuing their dreams. They have also worked with other youtube sensations like Alex Goot, Against the Current, Landon Austin, Luke Conard, and King the Kid.

Known for their YouTube covers and medleys, Sam Tsui and Kurt Hugo Schneider have come a long way since their GarageBand days to their upcoming Manila concert on June 25-26 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.

As part of their YouTube stardom, Sam Tsui and Kurt Hugo Schneider as duo, have touched thousands of people through their collaborative covers of hits by Adele, Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars and Katy Perry. They're also noted for their creative mash-ups and medleys; most notably the Michael Jackson Medley.

Sam has been hailed as an internet singing sensation, who along with his production partner Kurt was among the first musicians to establish a hugely popular music-focused channel on Youtube. To date, his videos have amassed over 500 million hits on Youtube alone, with each new release, including his 2013 debut original album “Make It Up”.

MUSIC LYF: Zendee To Represent The Philippines In Singapore On June 28

Singapore’s top communications company Star Hub presents “Under the Stars: From Online to a Live Stage” a stellar concert with a great line-up of international and local talents that have successfully gained a following on YouTube.

Featured line-up of artists include Tanner Patrick (USA), Madilyn Bailey (USA), Nate Tao (USA), The 38 Years Ago (Thailand), The Sam Willows (Singapore) and our very own Zendee as the final act.

The concept of taking YouTube sensations to a whole new level remains – bringing them closer to the audience by taking them from online to a live stage. The 3-hour musical festival will be held under the starry sky at The Coliseum of Resorts World Sentosa on June 28, 7:00pm. For those living outside Singapore, live streaming of the concert will be available via http://www.youtube.com/user/StarHub/home.

Zendee, and the rest of her band, flew to Singapore earlier this week to meet her co-performers. She also plans to tour around the city on her spare time since this is her first time in Singapore. Excited and nervous, Zendee feels honored to be selected as the final act in this once in a lifetime experience.
