MUSIC LYF: Martin Nievera 3D - Tatlong Dekada Concert

Commonly known as the "Concert King", Martin Nievera, a very talented singer, songwriter, and one of the main host of ABS-CBN’s top rating musical variety show ASAP 18, is now celebrating his 30 years in the entertainment industry. Yes, it's been 30 years since his illustrious career started.

He began his singing career in 1982 through the inspiration of his father, Bert Nievera who was also a singer himself. He released his first LP entitled "Martin...Take One". After sometime, he involved himself in hosting and co-hosted the TV variety show Penthouse Live! with Pops Fernandez. In 1984, his second LP was released entitled "The Best Gift". Nievera's recording Forever led to two sequels, Forever Forever and Return to Forever. He is the voice behind the hits "Be My Lady", "Kahit Isang Saglit", "Forever", "Be My Lady", "Each Day with You", "Ikaw", to name a few. Martin has done over two dozen albums, television shows, and countless performance that led him to be one of the pillars of OPM.

Lindsey is a classically-trained violinist from Gilbert, Arizona who is known for her beautifully-choreographed violin performances. But the 26-year old artist gained her mainstream popularity as she joined the fourth season of America’s Got Talent where she became a quarter-finalist. Marian Rivera renews exclusive contract with GMA Network

Formally quelling persistent rumors of transferring to another network, Primetime Queen Marian Rivera renewed her ties with GMA Network, Inc. after signing another exclusive three-year contract with the Kapuso Network.

Present in the contract signing were GMA Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Felipe S. Yalong, GMA President and Chief Operating Officer Gilberto R. Duavit, Jr., Marian, GMA Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Atty. Felipe L. Gozon, President of All Access to Artists Rams David, GMA Entertainment TV's Officer-in-Charge Lilybeth G. Rasonable, GMA Films President Atty. Annette Gozon-Abrogar, GMA Vice President for Entertainment Marivin T. During the contract signing held at the Manila Golf & Country Club, Atty. Gozon was delighted that Marian chose to remain loyal to her Kapuso family, "Mahal namin siya hindi lang bilang artista kundi bilang tao dahil napakabait ni Marian. Malayo pa ang mararating ni Marian."

Vincent was actually in the condo unit previously owned by his "lover" Eric (Vincent had secretly bought the said unit through a broker).

After winning two medals at the recently concluded World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA) in Hollywood, California, child star Cha-Cha Cañete, the competition’s youngest performer, brings her talents to the television screen with a fun and adorable performance in this Sunday’s (August 11) episode of the hit kiddie gag show “Goin’ Bulilit”.

Aiai Delas Alas' New Business Venture In "Toda Max"

Making another appearance on this Saturday’s (August 10) episode of the hit comedy series “Toda Max”, Ai-Ai delas Alas’ character Ate Vangie has a new business to handle as she pulls all the strings she can just to pay off the loans she has carried on from past expenses.

Putting up a tricycle wash business with her cousin Justin (Vhong Navarro), Ate Vangie converts their existing restaurant into a venue for her to gather up enough cash to pay off the debts she had made. Still needing to pay Justin off, as well as other relatives she had borrowed money from, she does everything that she can to attract customers—even to the extent of getting a couple of bar girls to boost the business.

Will Ate Vangie’s efforts to promote the bar work for her or against her? At the end of the day, will she finally be able to pay off all the debts she had made to support her lifestyle?
