Lively plays the main role of Lily Bloom, a young woman who’s determined to break free from her past, but as she falls in love, finds herself falling into the same patterns she grew up with. Lively is also a producer for It Ends With Us, captivated by its story. “I just fell in love with Lily,” Lively says. “I wanted to tell her story because her emotional roadmap was so clear to me, yet there are so many ways she could be portrayed. I knew if I took her on, I would make sure she wasn’t a delicate flower, but a woman with both feet firmly on the ground. Someone in her skin. I thought it was important to see someone you think is settled in themselves get lost. It makes you realize you never really know what people are going through.”
The study is based on survey data from more than 150,000 respondents in the workforce spanning 188 countries.
When asked why they chose the Philippines as one of their top career destinations, most of the respondents noted the welcoming culture and inclusiveness (52%), perceived good quality of life (45%), cost of living (43%), and quality of job opportunities (43%). While the perception of the Philippines has seen a notable uptick, the country is still far compared to top global countries and ranks low within the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.

An endearing and tearjerker film on the beauty of friendship that had fans and critics alike raving when it was released in Japan, Look Back is the anime film adaptation of a one-shot manga that tells the story of two small-town girls Fujino and Kyomoto, who are polar opposites of each other. Fujino is overly confident, and in contrast Kyomoto is a shut-in, but their shared love for drawing manga brings them together. The coming-of-age film is animated by Studio Durian, founded by Kiyotaka Oshiyama, who helms Look Back as its director.. Under Oshiyama’s impressive list as an animator are films and series such as The Boy and the Heron, Devilman Crybaby, and Flip Flappers.
