Avida Launches Biggest Thanksgiving Campaign


IF YOU’RE GOING TO SAY “THANK YOU” do it in a big way—all-out and no holding back. This is exactly what Avida Land Corp. is doing as it launches “Red Letter Day”, a thanksgiving campaign that seeks to promote the spirit of gratitude among Filipinos.

As campaign organizer, Avida takes the lead by expressing its thanks to the hardworking Filipinos who entrust to the premier developer their dream of providing a quality living experience for their loved ones. Avida shows its gratitude by holding a series of “Red Letter Day” events that have fun activities and prizes in store for participants.


 “The ordinary Filipino has a lot to be thankful for—despite our difficulties, we have people we can count on for help. We have those who listen to us, who make us happy, people who, in the end, make life worth living. And a simple but sincere ‘thank you’ is all they need to make them feel appreciated and loved,” says Joyce De Guzman, marketing manager of Avida Land Corp.

Avida’s Red Letter Day events acknowledge the sacrifice and valuable contribution of hardworking Filipinos; all of whom make life better for loved ones and society at large. The series of Red Letter Day events reward them with days filled with fun activities, entertainment, prizes and fond memories.


The events will be held at Greenbelt 3 Park (February 10), Trinoma Activity Center (February 11), Bonifacio High Street (February 14). Avida will also set up satellite booths in in Alabang Town Center and Solenad 1, NUVALI from February 18 to 19.

Online “Thanks” activity

Those who wish to participate in the Red Letter Day campaign may register at Avida’s Facebook fan page, so they can get their unique registration code. This code serves as their entrance ticket to the Red Letter Day events.

To broaden the reach of the campaign, Avida is also tapping social networks, and launching its Digital Thanks software application. “Avida’s campaign aims to spread the spirit of gratitude to as many people as possible, so that they will get into the habit of saying ‘Thank you’. Going online is the best way to do this,” explains De Guzman.

The Digital Thanks app allows users to create personalized messages of thanks to their loved ones. These messages will be posted on a special “Wall of Thanks” in Avida’s Facebook fan page as well as the Facebook Walls of both sender and recipient.

Amazing deals nationwide
Also part of the launch of Avida’s Red Letter Day campaign is the company’s open house activities in all sales offices and project sites on February 12, 2012. On this special day, Avida sends their thanks to the hardworking Filipinos by giving amazing deals and discounts to all those who reserve an Avida unit on this day.
