REEL DEAL: This Means War REVIEW

I do love spy movies because it brings out my love for gadgets, conspiracy and beautiful women. I also like comedies because they do have the best dialogue and slapstick fun. I also like romance because I sometimes do want to get cheesy especially when inside the movie house. Blend them perfectly together and its total entertainment from start to finish.

This Means War brings together Reese Witherspoon, Tom Hardy and Chris Pine in this romantic-action-comedy film that is also great this Valentine's season. Tuck (Hardy) and FDR (Pine) works as Federal Agents and also best friends. But when they met Lauren (Witherspoon), they became rivals to impress her using their 'resources' and 'skills'. Who will emerge the better man? And who will be her man? Its indeed Spy against spy in a whole new light.

Truly this movie is what I highly recommend for a (post) valentine movie date with that special someone or even a group of friends.  my cheeks now hurt because of non-stop laughing at almost every scene.

This Means War distributed and released by 20th Century Fox. Showing in Theaters on February 22.

Deliberation time kids!
Show summary in 3 lines: Wild Spy Romance
Technical Effects: 3 out of 5 stars (Cinematography is good but effects in terms of CGI are too obvious)

Plot: 4 out of 5 stars (Predictable yet details are well weaved, The villain somehow was not  given emphasis in the story)
Acting and Actors: 5 out of 5 stars  (Commendable cast for  being a group of very unique individuals that made the viewers laugh and fall in love, and of course kick butt! )
DVD worthiness: 4 out of 5 stars (includes a satellite tracker)
Music and Soundtracks:  3 out for 5 stars (It's kinda weird to have other movie OST in this film)
Overall: Rating 4 out of 5 stars (With elements of action-romance-comedy in one movie, it's a complete treat which will makes me want to watch it again)
