Fit and Fun Couple Iya and Drew Together For "People Vs The Stars"

Drew Arellano is known for his travel show "Biyahe Ni Drew" and the informative "AHA!", Iya Villana is the host of "Lip Sync Battle Philippines and steps in for Chika Minute for 24 Oras. Also as new parents to baby Primo, the couple is loved for their perkiness and wit, they will now join forces again for a new and original show for GMA Network called People Vs The Stars.

The couple has been very busy with work and parenthood lately but they seem show no signs of slowing down. We can even remember that they were also part of Home Foodies season 2 while Iya is still in the early stage of pregnancy. Now this new game show is a comeback project for the both of them together in one show.

People Vs The Stars brings a new feel for Sunday Grande bloc of GMA to bring back the game show genre for television.  Mechanics are simple yet challenging and tricky. There are two sides, the Stars (celebrity guests) and the People (the audience) and there will be a set of questions with corresponding amounts. The Stars will have the chance to answer the question, however if they get it wrong, the people wins!

For the first episode airing this January 15, Kapuso hunks Alden Richards, Kristoffer Martin and Derrick Montaserio will be the first team of stars to face the challenge. As they also star in upcoming and showing series for GMA, they will share news and exclusive secrets as they also entertain the people with their charm and talent.

With the combination of Iya and Drew plus the interesting line up of stars that will face the people and win the prize is something to look forward every week.
