“I’m happy, because I missed acting in front of the camera. I also missed waking up early in the morning, reading scripts, and staying up late with the staff and cast,” Empress explained. “At first, I felt nervous because I didn’t know if I could still act the way I did before I took a break, but I am glad it came out naturally.”

When asked if portraying mother roles is easier now, Empress said, “I can definitely relate to mothers now, being a mom myself. The whole time when we were shooting, I thought about my daughter Athalia to motivate me.”
