There is more to know and admire with one of the rising stars of the PBA Scottie Thomson. From his humble begingings at Palarong Pambansa then moved up to the NCAA as a player for University of Pertpetual Help and now part of Barangay Ginebra of the PBA.
He was destined to play basketball as his name was hailed from Scottie Pippen of the Chicago Bulls. The Thomson name came from his Great-grandfather which makes his name sound like an NBA player and given his height and talent for the game, it was not surprising that he would be drafted into the major leagues in the country.
Now he is also an endorser of Icy Cool Shake which serves different kinds of iced beverages and is open for franchise. It looks like Scottie Thompson is on his way to also become a brand ambassador along with his flourishing career.
But these are not the only things that he do, he is currently enrolled and aims to balance a work-play zen that will keep him at the top of his game yet also be a achiever with school. Scottie Thompson could be a "rookie" in showbiz but if given the chance we can also play great part soon.
Sharing more about himself, he said that beyond basketball, he also sometimes play volleyball where height also works as an advantage to win. He also played with the national team in the 2015 SEA Games where they won gold. He also said that he would like to part of the upcoming international games if given the chance.
Since there are a lot of PBA players right now, endorsements usually are given to top and seasoned names yet Scottie is now proving his worth beyond the court.
