Get ready for the biggest celebration to kick off the Year of the Rat! The Office of the Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso, in cooperation with the Filipino-Chinese General Chamber of Commerce Inc. (FCGCCI), and Manila Chinatown Development Council is holding several activities to celebrate the new year. Join the Chinese New Year Countdown 2020 Street Party, happening this January 24, 2020 from 7PM-12MN at Plaza San Lorenzo Ruiz, Binondo, Manila. 

The show will feature special celebrity guests, and some of the biggest acts in OPM including Parokya Ni Edgar, Sponge Cola, Gloc-9, Shanti Dope, Ex-Battalion,  Darren Espanto, Angeline Quinto, Janine Berdin and many more musical acts to keep the night festive. Also joining the festivities are all-star celebrity guests from ABS-CBN and GMA including Joshua Garcia, Derrick Monasterio, and Rita Daniela. To top the New Year Countdown off will be a 30-minute grand firework display to start the year with a big bang. The following day, January 25 will see a Grand Float Parade which will travel along the streets of Binondo and Sta. Cruz, also featuring special celebrity guests. Boyz II Men Excited To Perform With Divas And Visit Davao For The First Time!

Best-selling R&B group of all time, BOYZ II MEN is coming back to the Philippines! The group is set to perform in DAVAO for the first time on Thursday, December 13th at SMX Convention Center, SM Lanang Premier. They will also bring their grand show to MANILA Back-to-Back with power vocal tandem, DIVAS — comprised of KZ Tandingan, Yeng Constantino, Kyla and Angeline Quinto for a concert on Saturday, December 15th at the Araneta Coliseum.

ABS-CBN Celebrate Pinoy Love Via "HIMIG HANDOG P-POP LOVE SONGS"

12 musical masterpieces all set to capture the hearts of hopeless romantic Pinoys...

In celebration of 60 years of Philippine television, ABS-CBN and Star Records once again set the stage for brilliant Filipino composers to share their musical masterpieces to the world as it relaunched the country's biggest multimedia songwriting competition “Himig Handog” with the theme, "Pinoy Pop (P-POP) Love Songs: Mga Awit at Kwento ng Pusong Pilipino.”

Now on its 5th year, “Himig Handog” received a total of 2,500 original compositions from Pinoy songwriters worldwide. And from the thousands of entries gathered, 12 songswere chosen as "Himig Handog P-Pop Love Songs" finalists, which include "Alaala" by Ma. From being the Queen of Teleserye Theme Songs of many of ABS CBN's successful shows in the past years, Angeline Quinto goes beyond singing the songs to actually be part of the show herself. She will be part of their newest kilig-serye "Kahit Konting Pagtingin" with not just one but two leading men, Sam Milby and Paulo Avelino.  

This would be a new love team up with the PBB Hearthtrob Sam MIlby and the 2012 Breathrough Artist Paulo Avelino fresh from the success of his previous show, Walang Hanggan.

ABS CBN's newest 'kilig-serye' to air this January

This January, ABS CBN will launch its newest romantic-comedy series title "Kahit Konting Pagtingin," which stars Queen of Teleserye Songs Angeline QUinto together with her two dashing men, Breaktrhough Actor of 2012 Paulo Avelino and Romantic-Comedy Heartthrob Sam Milby.

According to Angleine, she is overjoyed with the blessing of having her first teleserye. "I am really happy becasue I didn't expect that this will happen" shared the singer-actress. "If before I'm only part of teleseryes as the singer of the theme songs, now TV viewers can watch me everyday as an actress."
