Charlize Theron, Deliciously Morbid as Morticia in "The Addams Family"

Gomez Addams’ dream ghoul, Morticia is devoted to her family and runs the Addams household. While always calm, she does not suffer fools gladly, if at all and she’s been rocking a Goth-look since way before it was cool.

Charlize Theron (Mad Max: Fury Road) lends her voice to Morticia in Universal Pictures and Metro Goldwyn Mayer Pictures’ new comedy adventure The Addams Family.

Theron was drawn to the enduring legacy of this quirky clan that, in a subversively delightful way, represents what family really means. “I think at the core, why people really respond to the Addams family, is because ultimately they will always be Addams and they take pride in that and never try to change themselves for anybody,” she says. “We all want to believe that we live our lives authentically, especially within our family circle. And this is a family that lives to the extreme. But there is something that is very grounded, because even though they're trying to kill each other, they love each other, and you really see that.”

"Star Wars" Hero Oscar Isaac Spooks as Gomez in "The Addams Family"

Popularly known as the Resistance pilot ‘Poe Dameron’ in Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Oscar Isaac now provides the voice of Gomez, the patriarch of The Addams Family, first animated comedy about the kookiest family on the block.

Debonair, charismatic and mischievous, Gomez Addams is dedicated to his children, madly in love with his wife Morticia – and also just plain mad. His favorite ways to relax are a tightened clamp set on his temple, and a vigorous round of ninja-level swordplay.

"Dora and the Lost City of Gold" Star Greets, `Ola, Philippines!"

Paramount Pictures has just released a couple of videos for its critically-acclaimed family adventure Dora and the Lost City of Gold, opening in Philippine cinemas August 14.

Isabela Moner Transforms Into "Dora" in "The Lost City of Gold"

Teenage actress Isabela Moner was a shoo-in for the titular role in Paramount Pictures’ Dora and the Lost City of Gold from the moment director James Bobin met her.

Her work in the films Instant Family, Transformers: The Last Knight and Sicario: Day of the Soldado had already established her as a rising star in Hollywood, with both the emotional and physical skills needed for the role. “I saw a lot of people, as you can imagine,” he says. “But Isabela was just so fantastic. There was never a question in my mind. She has an intensity that makes Dora’s action scenes riveting, but she’s also got incredible heart. Isabela is the engine driving the whole film.”

Based on the popular Nick Jr. animated series Dora the Explorer, the live-action adaptation comes from director James Bobin (The Muppets).

Johnson, Statham Collide in "Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw"

Although Fast fans already know Luke Hobbs and Deckard Shaw, director David Leitch wanted to re-introduce them on their own terms and establish their lives away from the rest of the Fast team. The first scene in Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw hilariously contrasts Hobbs’ laid-back life in California with Shaw’s extravagant life in London, using a split screen to highlight just how opposite these two heroes are.

“The opening sequence is really clever and is one of my favorite little moments of the movie,” Jason Statham says. “It’s spot-on because Hobbs and Shaw are so different yet so similar. I think it’s a tightrope that Dave walks rather well throughout the film.”

Vanessa Kirby on an Impossible Mission in "Hobbs & Shaw"

The women of the Fast & Furious franchise have repeatedly proven themselves to be as accomplished, dedicated and resilient as their male counterparts.

That commitment to strong female characters would become a cornerstone for Universal Pictures’ Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw with the casting of Vanessa Kirby (Mission: Impossible - Fallout, Netflix’s The Crown) as Hattie Shaw, a highly capable, badass MI6 agent who sets the plot of the film in motion and whose bravery and commitment to her duty is peerless.
