DIYOS-DIYOSAN is a socio-political/spiritual treatise that highlights the roots of the country’s current political struggles and economic hardships—the focus on money and power by its leaders.

The film seeks to open the eyes of Filipino millennials to the realities of what a true leader should be, and is expected to be a media catalyst for the large percentage of undecided voters.

Palaro 2016 Introduces A New Team!

The Palarong Pambansa has always been the most awaited multi-sport event in the country and had developed a lot of athletes which moved on to become world class players and olympians. And this year one of the new things that will happen for the Palaro in Albay is the introduction of a new team. Technically, they are not actually new to the games but was created in the formation of a new region that brought Negros Occidental and Negros Oriental as the new Negros Island Region.

The region was created by virtue of Executive Order No. 183 issued by President Benigno Aquino III on May 29, 2015, and is the 18th region in the Philippines. With this integration, teams of both provinces will merge into one which  provides more opportunities for Negrenses to join the games.

Gripping Thriller "Midnight Special" Exclusive at Cinema 2000 Group‏

Warner Bros. Pictures Philipines has officially announced that its new sci-fi thriller “Midnight Special” will open in Metro Manila on April 20 exclusively at Cinema 2000 group of theaters, namely Century City, Commercenter, Eastwood, Festival Mall and Shang Cineplex.

The critically acclaimed, supernatural film follows a father, Roy (Michael Shannon), who goes on the run to protect his young son, Alton (Jaeden Lieberher), a boy with mysterious powers that even Roy himself cannot comprehend.

Action-Adventure "Ben-Hur" Reveals International Poster‏

A new international one-sheet art of Paramount Pictures' upcoming epic, action-adventure “Ben-Hur” has just been released, carrying the emotional tagline, “Brother against brother. Slave against empire.”

Directed by Timur Bekmambetov and written by Keith Clarke and John Ridley, “Ben-Hur” stars Jack Huston (HBO's “Boardwalk Empire”), Toby Kebbell (“The Prince of Persia”), Morgan Freeman, and also starring Rodrigo Santoro (“300”), Nazanin Boniadi (TV's “Homeland”), Ayelet Zurer (“Angels and Demons”), and Sofia Black D’Elia (“Project Almanac”).

“Ben-Hur” is the epic story of Judah Ben-Hur (Huston), a prince falsely accused of treason by his adopted brother Messala (Kebbell), an officer in the Roman army. Stripped of his title, separated from his family and the woman he loves (Boniadi), Judah is forced into slavery. After years at sea, Judah returns to his homeland to seek revenge, but finds redemption.

The film is based on Lew Wallace’s timeless novel, “Ben-Hur: A Tale of the Christ.”

Opening across the Philippines in August 2016, “Ben-Hur” is distributed by United International Pictures through Columbia Pictures.
