The popularity of “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” is undeniable and still dominates Primetime TV, and one way to channel the show's influence is to make it interactive. How about if it would be made into an escape room? Sounds interesting.
We were treated to try the first local-TV adapted escape room at Left Behind PH located at Ayala Malls Vertis North. Based on Ang Probinsyano's premise of Cardo finding ways in the complicated and dangerous world of crime, politics, drugs, and the underground world. It is fitting since the show just recently celebrated it's 3rd anniversary.

Inside the “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” room, Cardo Dalisay (Coco Martin) and the rest of Vendetta have infiltrated the lair of a syndicate and they need help to seize evidence of the latter’s illicit activities.
Players are locked inside and are left to find clues that Cardo and Vendetta members have laid out. However, the clock is ticking and participants need to solve the challenge within 30 minutes.
Expect a gripping game involving wit and teamwork in the theme of “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.” Players who make the cut will receive a special place in the leaderboard and also get a chance to earn the Heroes title.
Open to at least two up to six players each, interested players may try the game at only P250 each on weekdays and P350 on weekends. Players ages 12 to 17 years old have to be accompanied by at least one participating adult.For our session here, we were given 30 minutes to solve a series of clues that will lead us to victory. Being a team effort, it is best to make sure everyone participates and given certain task to save time and solve the challenges. I won't give you tips because that will spoil the fun, but definitely it was really thrilling with the interaction and adrenaline-pumping pressure to beat the clock. Unfortunately, we ran out of time but almost at the finish line, but the fun and excitement we had as a team was really for the books. We vow to come back and try again.
