According to a reliable source, the man which we can call "El Kupitan" is close the the current administration and the president that is why he is using the opportunity to his advantage.
The most estravagant request he made is to ask for one hundred million pesos (P100M) to secure a "juicy position" in the government - which means that the position would be very profitable.
If given the P100 million pesos to El Kupitan , he will personally process the papers for appointment for that position.
The craziest thing of all is that at the time of the campaign, this was his modus operandi of El Kupitan, almost all the transactions with businessmen that wants to donate to the campaign also has the same type of style of bargaining, which seems like a bidding scene in Storage Wars.
Even the businessmen who were able to get close to PBBM because of the survey, has also experienced the same template and prices given by El Kupitan - and its starts with P100M, and if they are lucky and generous, it can me more.
That's not all, there is also one businessman that volunteered to donate P100M but was shocked because he was given the back account of El Kupitan instead.
The businessman does not know if the donation was properly sent or was used in the campaign because it went to the bank account of El Kupitan.
Aside from the nickname "Mr. P100 Million Man," for El Kupitan, the Marites and Marisols inside the government dub him as "Sildonyo" which means "silid dito, silid doon" (slip here, slip there) like a money jar.
Even the closest people to PBBM are not happy because this might tarnish the reputation of the president and the whole administration especially that he has been the talk of every nook and cranny of the palace.
