Fresh Eyes! Andy Grammer Is Coming For A Special Concert In Manila!

Multi-platinum selling pop artist Andy Grammer is coming to Manila for a special and intimate concert on June 7th at the Music Museum in Greenhills, San Juan.

This music genius is all about inspiring and empowering the world by communicating his truths through his music. The first male pop star in a decade since John Mayer to reach the Top 10 at Adult Pop Radio on his first two singles, Grammer has taken the music world by storm with a succession of anthemic pop hits, 6 of which are certified gold or better. Glaiza De Castro Officialy Launches Album "Magandang Simulain" At Her "Kung[g]diman" Concert in October

Multi-talented artist Glaiza De Castro returns to the music scene with the release of another distinctly aesthetic OPM album titled, “Magandang Simulain” distributed by PolyEast Records. Glaiza’s new album will be launched with a special concert for her fans on October 27, 2017 at the Music Museum. 

Expect a night of Glaiza’s tribute to the musicians all the way back in the 70s thru a concert titled “Kun[g]diman” produced by Glaiza herself together with PolyEast Records. Glaiza’s special guests will include rock icon Mike Hanapol and rapper Gloc-9. 

“Sa panahon kasi ngayon all of us have our own issues to think about, sometimes we forget how truly blessed we are. So through my songs I want our elders to remember what it felt like noong bata pa sila. ‘Yung pakiramdam ng walang problema at umasa sa mga kababataan.” she shares.

Dingdong Mounts #Hitback 3-Peat At Music Museum

OPM Pop Prince Dingdong Avanzado kicks off the new year with his #Hitback: The 3-Peat solo concert at the Music Museum this coming Saturday, January 23, 8:30 pm.

The third leg of his highly-successful #Hitback concert series, the forthcoming show also features the all-male vocal group, Men and Music.

Inspired by the unprecedented turnout from his past two shows last year, Dingdong revs up to third gear as he cooks up more innovative concepts for his ever-expanding audience base.

Jessa Zaragoza Gives A Musical Treat With "I Am Me" Concert

It has been 13 years since Jessa Zaragoza had her own solo concert, and still active in showbiz with Pepito Manaloto and also an interpreter in Himig Handog for "Bumalik Ang Nagdaan" still makes her a talent that has endured the test of time. Now that she is also a wife to Siquijor Vice-Governor Dingdong Avanzado and mother to Jayda, a lot has changed, yet there are still her loyal fans and friends.

Jessa makes a musical comeback with her concert I Am Me held last January 15 at the Music Museum. Opening the set was a medley of her famous hits along with video messages from fans and friends in the industry, which one of the most touching was from the late German "Kuya Germs" Moreno.

Damá: Johnoy Danao, Ebe Dancel and Bullet Dumas at the Music Museum

Get ready to take a feels trip as Johnoy Danao, Ebe Dancel and Bullet Dumas serenade music fans on a bigger, grander stage for their first major concert called Damá—a music show tied together by overlapping themes of love, intimacy, heartbreak, and recovery.

Known in the gig circuit as 3D, the acclaimed singer-songwriters will be celebrating their first anniversary concert at the Music Museum on February 19, 2016. No less than The Manila String Machine joins the trio in this majestic pursuit.

Unlike the usual stripped-down set that left our hearts shredded into pieces, Damá is a broader
affair made more special with backing of a string quartet and a grand piano. It raises the stakes on a grander level while capturing in the most eloquent fashion, the intimacy of 3D gigs in bars and smaller venues.

SABEL: Love & Passion is back!

After rave performances which had audiences clamoring for more, SABEL: LOVE & PASSION returns to the Music Museum on August 11 and 12, 8pm starring the luminous Iza Calzado who narrates and performs as National Artist Ben Cabrera’s infamous madwoman of the streets. The Philippine Ballet Theater dances out the whole story while singers Aicelle Santos, Bo Cerrudo, Joaquin Pedro Valdes and Timmy Pavino sing out the vocals with Music and Musical Direction by Louie Ocampo and Lyrics, Script and Direction by Freddie Santos. Video Sonic is in charge of the complex Video Mapping projected against abstract sets designed by Joe Tecson. Call Music Museum Ticketron (721-6726) now to grab the few remaining tickets left!

The Philippine Ballet Theater, choreographed by Ronilo Jaynario, dances out the twists and turns of the story with song vocals rendered by renowned singers Aicelle Santos, Bo Cerrudo, Joaquin Pedro Valdes and Timmy Pavino. Music and Musical Direction by Louie Ocampo with Lyrics, Script and Direction by Freddie Santos. Video Mapping is executed by Video Sonic while Joe Tecson is in charge of the abstract sets. Benefit Concert For The Late Kokoy Jimenez

WOW KOKOY! a benefit concert for the late Rafael “Kokoy” Jimenez will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 8 pm at Music Museum (in Greenhills). Kokoy was a TV/Stage/Movie Director who began his career working on films such as Oro, Plata, Mata and City after Dark. He is best known as the director of Batibot, the iconic children’s educational TV program which was the Asian Sesame Street. Kokoy was a disciplined and exacting professional who demanded the same from the many talents he worked with including Lea Salonga, Pops Fernandez, Tessie Tomas, Sarah Geronimo and many more industry stalwarts in front as well as behind the cameras.

His friends are presenting WOW KOKOY! with singer-actress-comedienne Mitch Valdes and musician-composer-musical director Mel Villena with The AMP Big Band and special surprise guests. Organizers promise this will not be a sad event but an occasion to celebrate the (never) late Kokoy Jimenez.

MUSIC LYF: Sitti "Bossa Love" Concert and Album Launch Moved To January 18

In lieu of the ongoing efforts for the relief of the victims of Typhoon Yolanda which devastated thousands of people in the Visayas, MCA Music has decided to postpone Sitti’s “Bossa Love” Concert and Album Launch on November 28 at Music Museum to January 18 (Saturday), 2014, same venue.

Those who already purchased their tickets via SM Tickets, Ticketworld and Music Museum may get their refund at the mentioned ticketing outlets. But tickets for bought for the November 28 show will still be honored during the January 18 show. For those who bought Orchestra tickets and wish to not have it refunded, they can claim their Sitti “Bossa Love” CD at MCA Music Inc. office, 34F Raffles Corporate Center, F. Ortigas Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Just bring your ticket purchased.

MUSIC LYF: Bamboo believes in Christmas

Set to perform Christmas concert with a cause at the Music Museum. Join rock icon Bamboo in kicking off the Holiday season and a special benefit concert for the victims of Typhoon Yolanda as Globe Tattoo brings you “BELIEVE: Christmas @ Home with Bamboo” on December 6, 2013 at the Music Museum.

Believe in Christmas and enjoy a night of traditional Christmas favorites, as well as famous anthems and original compositions from Bamboo’s album “No Water No Moon”. Offering his unique vocal talents to a good cause, Bamboo will be joined by the show’s musical director Kakoy Legaspi on guitars, Ria Osorio on keyboards/piano, Jun Jun Regalado on drums, Simon Tan on bass and Ardie de Guzman on guitars.

The one-hour and a half special marks Bamboo’s first Christmas show in his 9 year-old career and highlights intimate set of instruments like xylophone, trombone, percussion, strings joined by a children’s choir for renditions of classic Christmas carols.

Aljur Abrenica Says "Come and Get Me"

Aljur has indeed come a long way from being a simple guy joining a reality show, and now as a established Kapuso and is venturing into the music scene. This GMA Artist Center prime artist returns to the concert scene this November 7, 2013 at the Music Museum. This will also mark the road to his upcoming album that will be produced by MCA Music. Dubbed as "Come And Get Me", supporters of Aljur are in for a special treat as he is expected to perform tracks and medleys that he personally chose.

Unknown to many, Aljur says that he is really a singer even before showbiz, having a band back then was one of his passions and then came stardom. One of the songs he will perform is a composition of his father. This will also be his first concert where he is joined by his brother Vin who won in a star search in TV5. 

MUSIC LYF: Sponge Cola headlines Maximum Capacity Concert

Diamond recording band Sponge Cola celebrates their 13-year-old in the local music industry with a major concert bille Maximum Capacity this July 19, 8pm, at the Music Museum.

Expect the biggest hits of Sponge Cola to be performed during the concert.

"Aside from being a celebration of our 13 years in the business, Maximum Capacity is also our way of giving thanks to everyone who have generously supported us through the years through our music," says frontman Yael Yuzon. "It will be one  fun night of Sponge Cola music."

To make Maximum Capacity even more exciting, OPM's sweetheart Zia Quizon and Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano has agreed to be part of the celebration.

Noel Cabangon’s Tuloy Ang Byahe concert a resounding success


Platinum singer-songwriter Noel Cabangon, in his latest concert Tuloy Ang Byahe at the Music Museum, proved that indeed less can be more. His about three-hour-long concert consisted of finely-performed OPM classics presented in the sincerest manner.

The said concert, attended by President Noynoy Aquino, DILG Secretary Mar Roxas, Senator Kiko Pangilinan, Pop Diva Kuh Ledesma, among others, packed the Music Museum last September 28.

With Bob Aves as Musical Director, the concert gave Noel’s songs a different turn. Noel was backed-up by a full band with a string quartet, saxophonist, and the Opera for the concert.

MUSIC LYF: 4 The Best Pak na Pak - The Repeat Performance
