Last April 21, Tribeca Private Residences conducted their first Invitational Football Festival in cooperation with Chelsea FC Soccer School which conducts their matches and practice at their Football field. Upscale leisure provider Landco Pacific Corporation, in partnership with Chelsea FC Soccer School Philippines, the school operated by famed football superstars Phil and James Younghusband, held the first Tribeca Footbal Festival on April 21st. The event, which featured some 500 football enthusiast, took place at Tribeca Private Residences' 7-Aside Football Field from 8 am to 3 pm.
James and Phil Younghusband were present for the awards ceremony along with the officials of Landco Pacific Corporation, leisure developer behind Tribeca Private Residences, and joint venture partner, ATR KingEng Lang, Inc., the largest non-bank investment house in the country.
