REEL DEAL: Star Wars The Force Awakens REVIEW

This has been the most awaited movie of the year, and many have high hopes and expectation for the film. As the Star Wars franchise made a mark in pop culture and has been part of many generations who have seen it, collected toys and merchandise, games, and even had cosplays of it.

To start a whole new films that follows the timeline after the original trilogy which stars Mark Hamil, Harrisson Ford and Carrie Fisher. As a lapse of over 30 years, lot has changed in the galaxy far far away. With a new kind of evil that rose from the previous empire, a new villain Kylo Ren emerges to seek the destruction of the rebels.

There also comes the characters of Poe (Isaac), Rey (Ridley), and Finn (Boyega) who will start a new path and will also be connected with the Resistance. It will be refreshing to see Princess Leia, Han Solo, and Luke Skywalker for this one. But let us not forget that there are also the droids C3PO, R2D2, and the new favorite BB8.

With a new threat from the dark side, the galaxy is once again in peril with the emergence of the First Order and their goal to conquest this region of space. The jedi, the force is indeed true and has endured a lot within the years, and some of the years were even devastating. The new alien characters are also great as well, but seems to be fewer than its predecessors.

As a kid who watched them years ago, it was also an exciting film to be in nostalgia. For new viewers, also a great way to start the franchise. For fans, it was indeed a treat for them. And everywhere you go, there is now that fever that started when "A New Hope" was released. Looking forward for the future films and hope this will be again make a mark in pop culture history.

Star Wars The Force Awakens stars Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong'o, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Max von Sydow.

Deliberation time kids!
