REEL DEAL Movies and Television: Ben Ten Generator Rex Heroes United Review

Crossovers through a different universe is indeed challenging and to some impossible due to the conflicts of timeline and the plot. However Man of Action's best work's, Ben Ten and Generator Rex were able to pull it off and even makes viewers want to ask for another one.

Ben Ten Generator Rex Heroes United is a production of Cartoon Network as a special for the Generator Rex series for its 3rd season. This crossover has been the most awaited event for the series which attracted both the fans of Ben Ten and Generator Rex (like me) alike. This special has also been announced at the San Diego Comic Con just a few months ago.

With two different worlds, the Nanite world of Rex and the Alien World of Ben, has been successfully fused with the details explained making it very consistent. The story goes with Rex teams up with an alternate superhero, Ben Tennyson, to save the Earth from a deadly Alpha Nanite that entered New York through a swirling vortex, the same way Ben arrived in the city.

Deliberation time kids!
Show summary in 3 lines: Its Heroes Time!
Technical Effects: 3 out of 5 stars (great graphics but still use same standards for the series)

Plot: 4 out of 5 stars (To weave the two different worlds with consistency makes the special really interesting and cool)
Popcornmeter: (the rating if this movie would make you hungrier while watching) 5 out of 5 (admist the presence of EVOs, makes you want to grab a Mr. Smoothies)
Acting and Actors: 3 out of 5 stars (Though at first impression, I was not used to the new Ben Ten look, he was able to bring Ben to live in the Nanite World)
DVD worthiness: 5 out of 5 stars (hopefully with Season 3)
Sequel worthiness:
 YAY
3D Worthiness: (yey, neigh or ahm): Ahm (Well Gen Rex has not yet have its own movie, but with its quality can actually look good, so let wait for a movie first)
Music and Soundtracks:  3 out for 5 stars (Techinally uses the same series music with just the addition of a theme song composed by Rex to the tune of Ben Ten song)
Overall: Rating 4 out of 5 stars (Man of Action really got me hooked to Generator Rex and now made me more hooked to the series and even creating this review!)
