Finding You - Is It Hard To Forget About Love?

Would you remember all the things that had happened to you in the past? As in all details and time  which everything happened? Seems like an extreme case of photographic memory but is a condition also known as Hyperthymesia or piking. There has been a few recorded cases all over the world, so instead for forgetting something, they knew vivid specifics of memory of the past.

That is what FINDING YOU wants to explore with this movie that also comes with the quest in finding his true love. Jerome Ponce plays Nel who is a senior writer who tries to know who was that special woman that was a void among his perfect memory.

Helping him with his quest is his best friend Kit played by Jane Oineza as he traces back on his former lovers and find that missing piece that has been bugging him to know if that is the one meant for him. It sounds like a medical drama yet it is laced with romance, life realities, and also scenic shots of the countryside.

Though the film is like a reverse version of memory loss films, it draws charm with the detailed timelines and the production designs which fits the various time eras that brings out the story. Finding You makes you not forget  about love, the joy and the pain that come with it.

Finding You stars Jane Oineza, Barbie Imperial, Jerome Ponce, Kate Alejandrino, Claire Ruiz, Jon Lucas, and Paeng Sudayan. A Film By Easy Ferrer and produced by Regal Entertainment Inc, showing in cinemas May 29, 2019.

Deliberation time kids!
